Why families choose one

Locked, if you want it locked
Set a password before the cards go out and only the people you tell can watch. You can remove it later, or add one later — the cards already handed out follow whatever you choose.

The service is in a few days. Can you make it?
Usually, yes. Cards are printed by hand and shipped within 24 hours, so the print is not the slow part. Order and then email [email protected] with the date — we will tell you honestly whether it will arrive in time rather than let you find out.
How many should we order?
Families most often take 50 for a service and keep the spares — people ask for one afterwards more than you would expect, and reordering later means paying the smaller-set price again. Quantities are fixed, so round up.
We only have a voicemail, not a video.

Can we keep it to family only?
Yes. Put a password on the page and nothing shows publicly — not the name, not the photograph, nothing. Give the password only to the people you want to have it, and change or remove it whenever you like.
Can we add more later?
The card points at a page you control, so you can change what it plays for as long as you keep it. Families often start with one clip and replace it months later with something longer, once they can face editing it.
Can the funeral home hand these out?
They can. The cards are the size of a bank card, so they sit in an order of service or a basket at the door, and the printed back can tell people what to do with it.
Is this instead of a prayer card?
It can be either. Some families print the name and dates on the front like a traditional memorial card and let the video be the private part. Others use it alongside the printed order of service.
What if a card does not work?
Every card is tapped on a real phone before it is packed. If one still fails, reply to your receipt and we replace it — no questions and no cost.
